Here’s another small kitchen that works great.

I like how much space the small kitchen gives. The item that sticks out the most is the refrigerator. I wonder if there’s a refrigerator that may be more wide and flat then squished and sticking out that far? I do like how all the space was used in the kitchen, like cabinets/counter combo next to the door. A perfect place to put the thing that you always need, but are always much in the way. For example, baby bottles would work perfect for us! Our baby bottles always hang out next to the sink and are constantly in the way.

Sorry everyone for the lack of posts last week. The weekend before was busy for the family and I, which means that I can’t get as much done on the website as I would like. Now, back to the grove (or so I hope). :)
The guys at Flipping Smart did it again. Here is the before and after picture of one of their flips on 111 Daviston St. Rehab. Click here for more pictures.

Wow, this is creative. Jason Oliver Nixon and John Loecke turned a Neglected School house into a Chic weekend retreat. A federal style-former school house was in ruins when found by two New York residents who were scavenging the real estate listings. They purchased the house for $30,000.00 and turned something from old to new. Great job guys!
