For orders placed on Etsy, you must contact us through Etsy’s messaging system per Etsy policy. If you contact us through e-mail for any Etsy orders, we will instruct you to contact us through Etsy. This is for your protection to make sure your order placed through Etsy is correctly completed.
Using e-mail/etsy conversations helps us keep track of what you need and lets us know what we haven’t done for you. Due to the amount of clients Fall For Design LLC has on a daily basis, Fall For Design LLC is unable to keep track of revisions/edits/questions, etc. via telephone or keep track of e-mails from Etsy clients. Therefore we do not keep a business phone, give out our personal phone numbers, nor communicate with Etsy buyers through e-mail (we only communicate with Etsy buyers through Etsy messaging system).
