Hi Everyone!

In case you’re not aware of who I am, I’m Autumn, your graphic designer here at Fall For Design. I will be in and out of the office from October 11th through October 18th, 2017 for a scheduled surgery.  This surgery was originally scheduled for October, but it was cancelled in October at the last minute. This surgery is not life threatening, but I’m having a major core muscle repaired.  Pending on how I feel, I may pop in to work a little, or take it easy during this week. I may not even work at all while I’m recovering.

What does this mean for you?

Since I’m the only graphic designer here at Fall For Design, all proofs will slow down or not be sent that week.  Shely, our customer service gal, will continue to answer inquiries.  Jeremiah will continue to work production, but everything Jeremiah touches requires me to touch first.  I’ll try my best to pop in, depending on how much pain I can tolerate that week.

The production turnaround times will be updated close to my depature, to include the combined timeframe of regular production times plus the time I’ll be out of the office.

The whole crew thanks you in advance for your patience and for working with our shop closing during this week.

Tip: If you’re thinking about ordering, order now. Christmas will be here soon. You don’t want to be late on sending out your Christmas cards!

Any questions?  Comment below.

Thanks!

Edit 10/19/18; The recovery from surgery is going slower then expected.  We are currently not accepting any new orders, to allow Autumn more time to recover.  We do not have an ETA as to when she will be fully recovered.  Please check back here for any updates.
